I graduated from Mounds High School in 1972 and have been married to Jerry Thomas since 1973. I had three children a son and two daughters, my son has passed, I have 6 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, my second one just arrived. I have taught at Olive Public Schools for eighteen years, first on the elementary side and now on the high school side in the area of special education and also spent my first year teaching the four-year-old program along with my special needs students. I have just completed my second Master Degree in the area of Reading Specialist with the first one being in Library Media Specialist. I have a BA in Education and am certified in many areas of special education as well as general education and all from Northeastern State University. My husband and I both enjoy riding our motorcycles and taking the camera along with us. I also enjoy reading along with several different needle crafts.
